GESWO provides consulting services focused on SAP project management and SAP cutover management. 5.1. Consulting products and books

GESWO may receive a commission from these sales but is not involved in payment processing, data collection, ordering, delivery, warranties, pricing, or returns. 5.2. Consulting services

Consulting services, such as SAP Project Management and SAP Cutover Management, are billed directly between the customer and GESWO at international rates. These services are subject to a separate contract, including a Statement of Work (SOW), which defines scope, deliverables, and responsibilities. Since Paraguay has a territorial tax system, international transactions are exempt from tax.

5.3. Web design services

Web design services for local Paraguayan businesses are billed directly between customers and GESWO. These services are governed by a separate contract with a Statement of Work (SOW). For Paraguayan clients, a 10% Value Added Tax (IVA, 10%) is applied and shown separately on invoices. International transactions remain exempt from Paraguayan tax under the territorial tax system.
