Change Illusion Journal

The Change Illusion Journal is GESWO’s semiannual publication dedicated to IT project management, cutover management and SAP transformation. Each issue consolidates the most relevant insights, methods and terminology work from our editorial activities, presenting them in a referenced, structured and academically consistent format. Our aim is to provide the SAP community with a reliable, citation‑ready resource that goes beyond blog posts and offers long‑term value for practitioners, project managers and transformation leaders. In addition, the Journal highlights common pitfalls in SAP and IT projects and contributes to improving project outcomes by clarifying terminology, exposing methodological gaps and offering practical guidance.
